OOTD Target Dress Edition: Day 3

The off-the-shoulder trend is still going strong friends!  Today’s dress shows off this sweet and sexy trend to the fullest.

I love the stripes as well as the longer length, although it has crossed my mind to have it hemmed to above the knee, because it would be super cute as a short dress too.  What makes this dress special however, is the embroidery on the sleeves.

It’s so pretty, plus it adds a nice amount of visual interest, while still keeping the dress simple.  Oh, and before I forget, this dress has POCKETS!  I don’t why, but I love it when dresses have pockets…you’d think I’d keep things in there (I usually dont).  The link to this dress is here.  Unfortunately, it’s no longer available online (in most sizes), however, I have seen it in several stores.  A link to a similar dress is here.

Rounding out this outfit, are the accessories.  I love adding pops of unexpected color to an outfit using accessories.

Last, but certainly not least, my shoes.  Friends, I LOVE these shoes.

The block heel adds a lot of stability, and the fit is incredibly comfortable.  These are from Nordstrom, and better yet, they’re on sale!  You can find them here (the color is “Taupe Suede”).
